Crewfarer is a professional network and job marketplace for the maritime industry. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be of legal working age in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

Do not post false, misleading, unlawful, harassing, or infringing content; do not impersonate others; do not scrape or misuse the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Jobs, hiring, and verification

Crewfarer is a venue to connect crew, employers, and businesses. We do not employ crew, guarantee jobs or candidates, or act as a party to any engagement. Verification badges reflect a background-check process but are not a guarantee — always do your own due diligence.

5. Payments

Memberships, job listings, advertising, and verification are paid features. Fees and billing terms are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply.

6. Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crewfarer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or interactions with other users.

7. Changes
